As I was considering practice, I thought about how we practice things everyday. Whether we thing we are an expert or not, we practice what we do everyday, no matter what we are doing. We practice washing the dishes, folding laundry, driving. We are putting into practice what we have learned. This is a shot of a Navy ship heading out to practice what they had been training and preparing to do while they were in the shipyard. Keep practicing and one day it will become a natural habit!
