So have you ever set a new year resolution? How long have you kept up with your resolutions?

Last year I did not make it very far, not far at all. As you can see I posted one photo on the first, (a whole year ago!)

Well this year I have a plan! It still may not get me very far, (so you might be seeing the same post next year) We will see! The most important thing I have heard about resolutions, diets and any other long term goal, is to give your self grace. Not everyone can be perfect all the time! So strive for perfection, but give your self grace for the moments when you are not.

Today is "The Beginning", and I recently gave birth to my daughter. So what better way to portray the beginning than to show the beginning of her life.
